Jagan to bear the By-elections expenditure of his MLA’s
PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana on Wednesday alleged that the YSR Congress president YS Jagan has assured to the Rebel MLAs that he would bear their by-election expenditure if they vote in favour of the No-Confidence Motion.
