Hyderabad, Dec 28: Hyderabad Police Wednesday arrested dozens of leaders and activists of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) when they tried to stage protests against each other over the Telangana issue.

Congress senior leader Digvijay Singh has said that Second SRC was the policy of the party to tackle demands for smaller states. Talking to the media here today, he said Congress party’s policy was very clear and it was addressing demands for new states was through second SRC.
