Kajal Agarwal was supposed to play the female lead in Junior NTR’s Dammu when Shruti walked out of the film. Kajal was contacted immediately and the actress tried her best to accommodate the dates for Dammu as she was stuck up with prior commitments.
NTR is currently busy shooting for Boyapati Srinu directed Dammu. Both Trisha and Karthika who are playing female lead are also participating in the shoot and the movie is expected to hit the screens in April 2012.
