Train Accident in Jharkhand

According to reports Bramhaputra Mail coming from Dibrugarh and enroute to New Delhi collided with a good train at 5.50am on Wednesday near Karanpurato station at Barharwa-Sahebgunj section of Eastern Railways.

Two persons were killed when Bramhaputra Mail today dashed a goods train at Karonpuroto in Jharkhand, about 25 km from here.

“A bogie of Bramhaputra Mail derailed and dashed a stationary goods train, killing two persons,”Superintendent of Police (Rail) Praveen Srivastav told PTI over phone.
